Anyone who downloads digital media (PowerPoint templates, MS Word documents, Web templates and digital photos) must be the person who has paid for the digital media or a membership subscription on the InZones website. If you have not paid for the template or a membership then downloading a product from this website constitutes theft and may be prosecuted by law. All InZones members and individuals who purchase single templates are considered to be InZones customers. The template is for your personal use only and may not be distributed, resold or used for any commercial purpose.

By downloading digital media from this website, you agree to be bound of the terms of this agreement. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of your employer, the license granted and restrictions and limitations recited herein apply to your employer as well as to you as a representative of your employer. Should you cease working for your employer, your employer may continue to operate under this agreement.

The templates and pictures on the InZones web site are copyrighted and belong to InZones and except as permitted by this agreement, the end user may not duplicate or distribute the products.

You may use InZones digital images for:

• Advertising and promotional material
• Websites
• Publications
• Personal (noncommercial) materials
• Comps, layouts, and other materials for test or sample use 

The PowerPoint, MS Word and Web Templates may be used for

• Personal presentations, brochures and websites
• Presentations, brochures and websites for your clients

You are NOT permitted to...

• Redistribute or resell the Content as stock photography, clip art, web art, or templates on a website, CD or by email.
• Use photos or images of people or identifiable entities in any manner that suggests the endorsement or association of any product or service
• Create obscene or scandalous works, as defined by the Federal Government at the time the work is created, using the Content or any modification of the Content
• Use a spider, web crawler, or other similar automated tool to download content.
• Utilize the Digital Media, Software or Templates in any manner that is not expressly permitted in this license agreement. All rights not specifically granted above are retained by Licensor.
• Transmit or distribute the Digital Media by any broadcast medium (such as television or radio).
• Include the Digital Media in any electronic template or application (other than Templates obtained from the Licensor), including those that are web-based, where the purpose is to create multiple impressions of an electronic or printed product, including but not limited to, website designs, presentation templates, electronic greeting cards, business cards or any other electronic or printed matter.
• Except as specifically provided in this agreement: 1) no Digital Media, Software or Templates may be shared or copied; 2) you may not create a network of servers, either with or without a central location, which enables others to share the Digital Media, Software or Templates.
• Use the Digital Media or Templates, or any part thereof, as a trademark or service mark.
• Use the Digital Media or Templates for any unlawful purpose.

Download Limit

You understand and agree that InZones may monitor anything you download from the inzones.com website and flag any users who download more than 50 items per day, as such activity indicates potential EULA violations or abuse of a username and password. InZones may track any abuse of your username and password in connection with the inzones.com website and terminate your account, without notice, if it finds what InZones believes to be any violation of this agreement and/or any abuse of your username and password. If your account is terminated for any violation of this agreement and/or any abuse of a username or password, you lose all rights to InZones content and must immediately delete all content acquired from inzones.com.

User Name and Password

Your username and password are for your personal use only. Members found to share or distribute their username and password will have their membership terminated immediately and will be liable for revenues lost and attorneys fees due to unlawful sharing of username and password.

No Unlawful Use

As a condition of your use of InZones Services, you will not use the InZones Site/Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any InZones Site/Service through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the InZones Sites/Services.

Credit Line

Some pictures specify that a specific credit line be used with that image. If no credit line appears with the image, we request that the use of an InZones picture used in a printed publication include a credit, which should read as follows:  © inzones.com.  

Warranties and Disclaimers

All information, digital media and templates on this web site are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or use. InZones assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the information or templates or other documents that are contained in, referenced by, or linked to this web site.

InZones shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, those resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not advised of the possibility of damage, and on any theory of liability, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of this information.

This web site could include technical or other inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information herein; these changes will be incorporated in new editions of this web site. InZones may make changes to the products and documents described in this web site at any time.

Digital media on this site could be removed at any time with no notice.

Jurisdiction

This agreement and all claims or issues regarding this Web site, shall be governed according to the laws of the State of Massachusetts. Any legal action concerning these Terms or this Web site must be brought within one year after the claim or cause of action arises and must be brought in the State of Massachusetts.

In the event of a dispute, the laws of the state of Massachusetts will govern and the case will be tried in that state.
