Credit Card Processing Help
If your credit card is denied, please check the following:
- Make sure that you typed in the correct credit card number.
- Make sure that you have typed in the correct billing address
including your zip or postal code.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do
not accept any other cards.
- CitiBank cards do not like online sales. If you have a
CitiBank card and your transaction is denied, call CitiBank
and tell them you are making an online sale.
- If your credit card is still not approved, then try the
PayPal link.
- If you are using PayPal for the first time it could take
several hours before PayPal approves your purchase and sends
you the link to download your purchase.
Problems Downloading Individual
Templates or Pictures
After you purchase an individual template a new page will
appear with a small picture of the template that you purchased.
To download the template, right click (PC) or click hold (Mac)
the picture and select Save Target As or Save Link
As from the pop-up menu. A menu will pop up so you can
save the template or picture to your computer. Make sure that
you select a location to download the template (such as your
Desktop) where you can find it easily. After downloading if
you see that you only have a small picture instead of a template,
then you probably selected "Save Picture As" not
"Save Target As".
You will also get an email with a link to the product that
you purchased so make sure that you enter your correct email
address when you purchase the product. If you get a message
that says "Invalid Order" then the entire link may
be on two lines in your email and the whole thing wasn't selected.
A typical link will look something like this:

If the ^ isn't at the end of your link then the whole link
isn't selected. If the link is on two lines, stretch your
email window out first to see if the link will go on one line.
If that doesn't work then select the link and paste it into
your browser window. You may have to select the first part
of the link, paste it into your browser window and then select
the second part and paste it in after the first part.
Member Download Help
If you are a member, you may select and download as many
PowerPoint Templates or Pictures as you wish for one year
from the date of your membership.
To download InZones PowerPoint or Word Templates:
- Find a template you wish to download
- Click Download Now
- If you have not logged in, a login screen will pop up
asking you to enter your user name and password. Then a
window will pop up asking if you want to open or save the
template to your computer.
- Click Save and find a location on your hard drive
where you want to save your downloaded file (remember this
location).
- PowerPoint files are downloaded in their native template
format .POT. The template files usually range in size from
50kb to 800kb.
- MS Word files are downloaded in document .DOC format.

- Download will take about 20 seconds to 3 minutes depending
on the file size and your connection speed.
To download Websites:
- Find a website that you wish to download
- Click on Download Now
- If you have not logged in, a login screen will pop up
asking you to enter your user name and password. Then a
window will pop up asking if you want to open or save the
file to your computer.
- Click Save and find a location on your hard drive
where you want to save your downloaded file (remember this
location).
- Each website consists of 7 files (5 web pages, the header
graphic, and a style sheet) zipped into one downloadable
file. Double-click the file to unzip it.
- If you have the application WinZip,
the application will open and ask you what you want to do
with the file. Make sure "unzip" is selected and
click Next.
- Then WinZip will show you a location on your computer,
such as c:\unzipped\filename. If you don't want to unzip
the files in that location, click Select different folder
and navigate to another location such as My Documents/My
Webs. Click OK and then click Unzip Now. Then
click Close.

To download Pictures:
- Search for a picture
- Click on the thumbnail to see a larger image
- You will see Download links for two size images (72 dpi
for use in PowerPoint or in a website and 300 dpi for use
in a document)
- Click Download next to the size picture you want
to download.
- If you have not logged in, a login screen will pop up
asking you to enter your username and password. Then a widow
will pop up asking if you want to open or save the picture
to your computer.
- Click Save and find a location on your hard drive
to save the picture (remember the location).
Note: Some older versions of Netscape have problems
downloading images. If you are using Netscape 4.7 or older
and are having problems downloading an image or template,
switch to Internet Explorer or a newer version of Netscape.
Using PowerPoint Templates
InZones templates are in .pot format and can be opened with
Microsoft PowerPoint 2000. The simplest way to use your new
template to open it and save it as a new presentation.
- You can double click on the template to open it or start
PowerPoint and select Open from the auto start dialog box
or use the File drop down menu and choose open.
- Browse your hard drive for the folder where you saved
your template.
- Click on the template and click open. A new presentation
is automatically created based on the template.
- The template opens with a Title slide, Text slide, and
Chart slide.
- Insert your title and slide text in the appropriate areas.
- To add more slides to your presentation, click Insert,
and then click New Slide. (The new slide will use the same
Master as the existing slide.) Choose the layout you want.
To Apply a Template to an Existing Presentation
- Open your existing presentation and then select Format
and Apply Design Template.
- Then navigate to the place where you saved the template
that you downloaded, click on the template and select Apply.

When I create a link it goes to inzones.com instead of my
link. What is wrong?
- Go to File/Properties and remove the link to www.inzones.com
from the Hyperlink Base Field.
Modifying the Chart
A color coordinated chart is included with each template.
You can make changes to this chart with a chart-editing
program called Microsoft Graph that is embedded in PowerPoint.
To use Microsfot Graph:
- In PowerPoint, double-click the chart to which you want
to add data.
- The menus and toolbars change to show the Microsoft Graph
menus and buttons.
- Switch to the datasheet.
- To switch between the datasheet and the chart without
hiding the datasheet, click the datasheet or the chart.
- If the datasheet is not visible, click View Datasheet
to display it.
- Click a cell, and then type the text or numbers you want.
- For information about working on the Microsoft Graph datasheet,
click Microsoft Graph Help on the Help menu.
- To return to PowerPoint, click outside the chart.
- If you change existing text or values, the chart changes
to reflect the new data.

Printing Problems
When I try to print a PowerPoint presentation in
pure black and white or grayscale the background won't print.
When you try to print in pure black and white, PowerPoint
turns everything to either black or white. In most cases it
turns the background to white, so you can't see it. Grayscale
is another issue. Some printers cannot print the background
when set to grayscale. If you have this problem then print
one set in color and make black and white photocopies. On
other printers such as the HP 990 you have to check color
for the main print setting, then click advanced and select
grayscale from the advance print setting. Then the background
image will print as grayscale.
